A Smile Says You Care!
I am Passionate about my weekly networking business and helping my clients with theirs. So each time I smile at them, I convey the message that I appreciate them and care about them and their business success.
When you love what you do, it is easy to greet your clients with a big warm smile and let them know by your smile, that they are not just ‘money in your bank account’ or just another number in your business. These clients are people that you have built a relationship of trust with. That they can trust you when they have problems in their business because they know that you will take the time to have a coffee with them and give them your time and advise. I do not have all the anwers to all my members problems and concerns, but 95% of the time I know who I can refer them to for help if I need to with other members of my networking group.
So the next time you see one of your clients, give them a big warm smile so that they know that they are important to you and your business.
